Provider and acceptance
Mushafly is provided by Can Turhan; full details are in the Imprint. By downloading or using the app, the user accepts these Terms. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where applicable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
App license
The user receives a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices associated with their Apple Account, subject to Apple's usage rules. Reverse engineering or redistribution is prohibited except where mandatory law expressly permits it.
Content and learning tools
Quran text, translations, tafsir, audio, fonts and metadata partly come from third parties and remain subject to their licenses. Prayer times, Qibla direction and AI-assisted recitation feedback are learning and convenience tools. They can contain errors and do not replace verification by a qualified scholar or teacher.
Purchases and subscriptions
Price, duration and any trial are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to the Apple Account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled in the Apple Account before the current period ends; Apple controls billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds. Supported purchases can be restored. Deleting an app profile or its data does not cancel a subscription. The lifetime product is a non-consumable purchase and does not renew.
Changes and availability
Features and these Terms may be changed prospectively for legitimate reasons such as security, law or product development. Material changes will be communicated transparently. Purchased entitlements and mandatory statutory rights are not removed retroactively. Third-party content and network services can occasionally be unavailable.
Liability and applicable law
Statutory warranty and liability rights apply. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, product liability or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. The provider is neither obliged nor willing to participate in consumer dispute-resolution proceedings unless legally required.
